Return and Refund Policy

THE IMPORTANT STUFF – OUR RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags/labels attached, including inbox literature and freebies.
  • Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase and an unboxing video.
  • We do not accept returns on products purchased during sales or with discounts.
  • If you change your mind and request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded using the original payment method or a gift voucher, once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions mentioned above. Make sure to send it back in good time.
  • We recommend using local postal services for returns and sharing the return receipt to get the return charges reimbursed.

RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?

If an item has manufacturer defects or was incorrectly sent, we will gladly fulfill our legal and ethical obligations. This may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

  • In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund both the purchase and shipping costs, or replace the product without additional charges.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER

  • To return a product, log in with your credentials on Sprutes and visit the "Return Item" section. Follow the steps to obtain a Return ID.
  • Once the Return ID is generated, pack the following items into a sealed bag: the returned product, packing materials, tags, delivery slip, and invoice.
  • If we are picking up the product, your refund will be initiated within 10 business days from when the Return ID is generated.
  • Our team will examine the returned products to identify defects/variations as indicated by you to provide a solution on a case-by-case basis.
  • For questions or clarifications, contact our customer support team, who will assist you with the return process.

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Return shipping duties and taxes, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
  • Jewelry returns will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
  • Returns are not accepted for custom-made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees with custom blouses.
  • Customization charges are non-refundable for customized/tailored product returns.
  • Any complaints regarding damage, stains, stitching, or other issues should be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
