By using Sprutes' services, you ("the User") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Sprutes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We encourage all users to review these terms regularly and familiarize themselves with our refund policies. You may also print a copy for your records.

Order Processing and Delivery

1. Product Specifications:

   • Sprutes will make every effort to deliver products as per the specifications provided at the time of order. However, we reserve the right to deliver a similar or alternative product in cases beyond our control. This will not be deemed a delivery failure.

2. Delivery Condition:

   • Products will be delivered in good condition. Sprutes is not responsible for delays, damages, or other issues caused by courier services. Once a product is acknowledged by the recipient, it is considered a completed delivery and cannot be returned as a delivery failure.

3. Processing Time:

   • Orders are processed immediately upon placement. Standard delivery may take up to seven days. Certain products may require additional time depending on their nature. Please account for this before placing an order.

4. Recipient Responsibility:

   • Every effort will be made to deliver goods to the intended recipient. However, Sprutes is not liable for incorrect deliveries due to user-provided errors or third-party impersonation.

Pricing and Availability

1. Price Changes:

   • Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Order Cancellation:

   • Sprutes reserves the right to cancel any order for products listed at incorrect prices or marked as out of stock. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded to the original payment method, and you will be notified via email.

Payment Terms

1. Credit Card Use:

   • Users must use their own credit cards for transactions. Sprutes is not liable for fraudulent credit card use. The user is responsible for proving otherwise in case of disputes.

2. Taxes and Duties:

   • Taxes or custom duties may apply based on the destination country's policies. These charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility. In some cases, courier companies may prepay such fees on behalf of the customer and collect the charges upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been successfully placed.

Warranty and After-Sale Services

1. Warranty Disclaimer:

   • All products and services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

2. Manufacturer Responsibilities:

   • Any warranties or after-sale services provided by manufacturers or vendors must be resolved directly with them. Sprutes does not mediate or ensure compliance in these matters.

Legal Jurisdiction

• All legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in  Ernakulam
